If you and your ex-partner have already reached an agreement and don't need us to negotiate, we offer fixed-price solutions to make your agreement legally binding. This can be done by drafting a Binding Financial Agreement (without going to court) or applying to the court for Consent Orders. If you need additional assistance, we offer competitive hourly rates for extra matters on a case-by-case basis.

Most applicants for divorce or consent orders do not need to attend court. The Court may require attendance in some sole applications, or where additional evidence is needed.

No. Divorce only ends the marriage. Property/financial and parenting matters are separate. (We can assist with consent orders or binding financial agreements.)

The Court needs to be satisfied proper arrangements are in place (schooling, living, health). This doesn’t create parenting orders—those are separate if needed.
